You have 60 days from date of order to fully explore the benefits that Burntide can bring you. However if at any point during this time you wish to return your order, you can do so for a no questions asked refund.
Before requesting a refund, please ensure you've given Burntide enough time to work for you. We advise all customers to use Burntide for at least 2 months in order to fully experience the best results. If you still wish to refund, please see below instructions.

Step 2- Return Unused Bottles To Us
In order to obtain a refund for an order, you must return only the unused bottles in perfect condition of the order you wish to be refunded back to our fulfillment center within 60 days since the order date.
Simply return the unused bottles in perfect condition and we will immediately process your full refund for the unused items. No questions asked.
You must include the original packing slip with your return, if you don't have it include details regarding your order, including (1) Your Order ID (found in your order receipt), (2) Your Full Name, (3) Your Full Address where the shipment was received, (4) Your Email Address and (5) your Phone Number so that a member of our fulfillment center staff can clearly read and process your return.

Step 3 - wait for processing refund
Once our fulfilment center has received your order and processed the information, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 5-10 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank. You will receive an email when the refund is processed.
